About CAN-ACT
The Canadian Aortopathy and Connective Tissue Disorders Registry (CAN-ACT) is a national database advancing research on heritable syndromic aortopathies in persons across Canada. By collecting clinical, genetic, and quality-of-life data, CAN-ACT aims to improve early diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for these rare and often overlooked conditions.
Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of MFS, LDS or other syndromic or non-syndromic HTAD seen at least once at the participating institutions.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a confirmed alternative aortopathy diagnosis.
